Will I be charged for the magazine subscriptions?

No, you will not be charged for the magazine subscription. We will never ask you for your billing or credit card information unless you are interested in continuing you supscrition after your first term, purchasing the print version or purchasing additional magazine selections.


When will I be able to view my first issue?

After you click 'Claim', we will send you an email notification with instructions, a link to view your first issue immediately and your username and temporary password to access your account.


I didn't receive my email notification with the access link for my first issue.

If you don't receive your email please check your email's SPAM or Junk folder for an email from support@magazineprime.com. If you have already checked and are still not able to find our you can email us at support@magazineprime.com and we will resend your notification. To ensure you get our emails in the future, please add our email to your contacts list. For instructions on how to do this please click here.


I'm not receiving my issue notification emails with access links.

If you haven't received your issue notification emails, check your junk or promotions folders. It's possible that the emails are going to your spam folder or your ISP is blocking the emails before they get to your email account. For instructions on how to do this please click here.


I didn't receive my most recent issue.

You can always access your magazine subscriptions 24/7 online at MagazinePrime.com including view your active subscriptions, change your contact information, cancel subscriptions.


Do I need to download an app to view my magazine?

Our digital editions can be viewed on any device (including smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, and more). There's no need to download an application on your phone to see digital editions. Just like Facebook, Snapchat and Google, you need to be connected to the Internet to view your digital edition.


Can I view the magazine on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Subscribers can view their digital magazines on any device via a web browser. That means any desktop, laptop or smartphone can access magazines quickly and easily.


How do I view past issues?

On the My Account page, you will find a link to the library of past issues of each of your magazines.


How do I change my e-mail address?

On the My Account page, you can view and update all your account information, including changing your e-mail address.


How do I change my password?

On the My Account page, you can view and update all your account information, including changing your password. If you have a problem logging in with your e-mail address or password, send an e-mail to support@magazineprime.com for help.


What if I forget my password?

If you've forgotten your password, simply visit the Forgot your password page. Enter your e-mail address and click the submit button. A new password will be sent to you right away!
